Key Features of Reclaimed Oak Engineered Flooring

100% Reclaimed Material

Our reclaimed oak engineered flooring is made from 100% reclaimed wood, ensuring that each plank not only contributes to sustainability but also tells its own story of longevity and resilience. By choosing reclaimed oak, you are making a statement of commitment to preserving our natural resources and reducing waste.

Exceptional Stability

One of the standout properties of reclaimed oak engineered flooring is its remarkable stability. Unlike traditional hardwood, this engineered solution resists warping and splitting, making it ideal for various installations, including those over radiant heat systems. This stability ensures your flooring will maintain its beauty and function for years to come, even in high-traffic areas.

Available in Long Lengths

A distinctive feature of our reclaimed oak offering is its availability in long lengths, allowing for seamless visual flow and fewer joins. This attribute not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of your space by creating a more unified look but also highlights the natural beauty of the oak grain.

Why Choose Reclaimed Oak Engineered Flooring?

Sustainable Design Choice

Incorporating reclaimed oak into your design not only adds a touch of luxury but also aligns with sustainable architectural practices. This approach reduces the demand for new timber, helping to preserve forests and wildlife habitats while minimizing your carbon footprint.

Our Reclaimed Oak Flooring Engineered is reclaimed from old barn sidings and boards from across the United States and parts of Europe. A mixture of domestic Red and White Oak is used to create a truly beautiful antique floor. Most boards have nail holes and stress cracks which add to the antiqueness of the product. Our salvaged oak flooring is kiln dried to provide the best end product.

Reclaimed Oak is commonly used in contemporary homes and traditional Mediterranean style homes. The reclaimed flooring will have more of a patina appearance and will look more distressed than flooring created from freshly cut timber. We also carry Reclaimed European Oak Flooring Engineered which has been obtained from old barns and buildings in Europe.
